His head is too big for his body..maybe that’s what slows him down on the fastbreaks

Seems like he has a lot of composure when running fastbreaks. Hopefully next signing can be a wing like GRIII who was shooting 40% on 3 for us last season.

Wanamaker is a better shooter than Bowman. And he’s a decent defender as well.

Only once, but I didn't even notice him.

Just going off stats, bowman was a poor 3 point shooter. Wanamaker slight above league average 3 point shooter.

Heck just going off stats Mulder shot it poorly from 3 last year too. I don't know if we keep him either.

We seriously need people that can stretch the floor. We needed it with Klay and we especially need it even more so now w/o Klay.

Everyone remember when Toronto just Box and 1 Steph? Yeah.. everyone looking for shooting now. If your not a all star, your either a elite shooter or your a multi purpose defender.

Bowman isn't an NBA rotation player, whereas Wanamaker is. It's really that simple to me. Plus Wanamaker can actually shoot the ball and be efficient.

Legit rotation guy..may not move the needle but better backup pg than what we currently have..and he is a respectable 3pt shooter which we desperately need

That catch and shoot 3 stat is impressive.

Also nice the have a guy who lead the NBA in free throw shooting, play behind Steph Curry

I like the signing..... solid veteran to back-up Curry for a year, while Poole and Mannion can continue to develop to eventually be depended on more significantly.

Going to be interesting to see what happens to his efficiencies as his time and usage increase. Hopefully they’ll stay where they are.
If I don't have anything funny to say, can I still have a signature?

That's a fantastic percentage on catch-and-shoot 3's. Unfortunately he only made 20% of his pullup 3's. And while he made 42% when no defender was within 6 feet of him, it dropped to 28% when a defender was within 6 feet. So if you create a 3 for him (Curry gravity?) and no one is around him, he's a great weapon. But if he's creating for himself or someone is near him, forget about it - may as well have Draymond hoisting 3's. And if Wanamaker is playing while Curry is resting, I don't see anyone else who can create wide-open 3's for him.
