People have been talking about getting hime via DPE

Otherwise, I think Looney/Poole/*Lee or Smiley would be the only way to trade for him

well, Myers sucks if he can't get D Rose for the minimum

I'm bummed that we haven't picked up the final piece....vet big.

But....even as contstructed this team is a super athletic and skilled team.

We drafted Wiseman...and really this year is not about Curry or Draymond...it's about Wiggins, Wiseman, Paschall...and even Nico...flourishing and lifting us back to excellence.

I'm confident in Paschall and Wiggins having a very big impact this year. Wiseman is the variable. If he turns out to be a stud...Warriors will be in the WCF hunt. If he turns out to be a big shiny object that actually can't play hoops at the NBA level...Warriors are a first round playoff team maybe.

I hope the Warriors add GR3 for the vet minimum and that they are able to add a player that provides more impact once they are awarded the DPE. I believe the team still has their MLE, correct?

Bazemore apparently signed for $2.3M, thus it apparently won't cut into the MLE; there were initial reports that he was partially eating into the MLE. Does that mean we still have the MLE to use and if so, is Myers planning to use it or not spend it? Who are good targets still available for it?

I think it's over until the trade deadline or buyout market. The DPE can trump any other contender offers for buyouts. There's one more camp spot to fill and a competition to fill the 2nd two way spot (JTA/Mulder) with Mannion getting the first two way.

What about our 2nd round pick Justinian Jessup? Do we need to keep a roster spot for him or can we just release the 2nd two-way spot (JTA/Mulder/someone they like at camp) once the Australian league ends (are they even having a season this year?) and give Jessup that 2nd two-way spot?

They can easily cut a two-way player if they want to make room for Jessup. If he plays for Australia, the Warriors have his draft rights for a year after their season ends. Otherwise they have his rights until the next draft.

Toupane hasn’t played more than 20 minutes per in any season, so he is used to being a role player. 28 years old.

Looks fine as a back up though, I ain’t hating.

Part of the MLE was used to sign Brad Wanamaker, $2,250,000 of it.

We only have 3.45m left on the MLE. The exception was 5.7m and Wanamaker took 2.25m off the exception.
