In a game with limited talent, having a defender like Rodman being able to guard a teams superstar perimeter player and not be a huge liability offensively looks promising in most matchups.

You have avoided one issue that will be an obstacle for most teams: spacing. That may allow you the luxury of considering certain players that others really cannot.

I like Sikma better with that team. He could shoot and was more versatile offensively.
