Stacking the deck plain and simple. There is nothing impressive about it. If this impresses you, you are easily impressed and fooled.

Proves that AD is nothing but a chump that can't lead his team. New Orleans as an example.

Keep cheating, chump.

If this were true this would be so pathetic. You ever play pickup ball and you run into guys who want to make teams so all the best guys are on the same team? or see this happen when playing team games online? It's freaking sad man. I always make sure to change to the underdog team because there is absolutely no enjoyment for me in crushing far inferior competition.

I know this has been happening much more methodically since the Heatles day but it's still pretty sad. Warriors (without Durant) I can see as that was organizational growth - otherwise to me this stacking of teams so you don't have to play tough competition is lame and should be a mark on every player / team that wins this way.

Johnson and Bird were good friends but they enjoyed the challenge of competing against each other and it was a key to making the NBA popularity grow until MJ took it to another level. I can't imagine these guys mentality back then even thinking for a second about playing together, their thoughts were only how I'm gonna beat him next time we play.

For the sake of the league, Giannis better just sign the Supemax extension.

Indifferent tbh. Knew that a 73-9 win team didn’t need to add as much help as Lebron normally would.

Lebron will old by that time, so it makes sense for AD to recruit Giannis.

Free agency is for the players to get their choice. If they want to take less money and security to play with other superstars, then give them credit for wanting to win. I hope Giannis goes to the Mavs, but I wouldn't think less for him for going to the Lakers.

LA, NY and Milwaukee.

That was the list AD gave the Pelicans, remember?

1st. This isn't happening. Fathorst knows nothing. However, AD will most probably do a 1+1 for his own flexibility.

2nd. It's lame as hell and hopefully Giannis doesn't do it.. Unless LeBron is like the Mavs J. Kidd by then

3rd. AD is going back to the pelicans after his Lakers stint probably.

Would be funny to see how some Lebron fans would spin this if it happens.

I bet he will be totally happy, when some GM knows every hobby/likes/dislikes of his relatives, which doesn't sound stalkerish at all.

The league is hostage by influential player agents like Rich Paul and Lebron

They absolutely collude behind the scenes using personal relationships and gatherings to discuss plans.

The NBA if they want integrity would enforce a hard cap... It would limit players playing the contract structure and team collusion games...

But the NBA don't want that... They want revenue.

They are probably so disappointed at how bad New York is at playing the dirty games lol
