What's the scoop on preseason this year? Everything is jam packed.

I feel like the season is enough of a slog that they don't need pre-season. Who cares if every team is still finding their footing during the first 4-5 games? The best teams will all make the playoffs either way. (that being said, I'm sure there will be some sort of abridged pre-season)

I am sure they had a commitment. the only thing that worries me is if it was something like

Horst: Will you sign the extension if we bring Jrue and Bogdan?
Giannis: yes

There will be a lot of pressure on Holiday.....and if we don't retain him we are screwed.

I would have said 'fire Horst' but I don't think there is much more harm he can do, so let's keep him to save the owners some money

Oh God. Did we trade him for John Wall?

Lol. No, luckily Alex Lasry and John Wall were seen out at the club together throwing gang signs at all the haters and it was before free agency started so it was considered tampering and the league stepped in. Surprised you didn’t hear about it yet...

One huge difference between Jrue and Bledsoe - Bledsoe couldn't go left. He was as one handed as they come. Jrue plays almost ambidextrously.

Why is the title the way it is?

This video is why when ppl use stats to compare players (like jrue to bled) don’t really look at the game.

Sham announced the trade as complete yesterday afternoon. But evidently they are still sorting out the contracts.

If Shaq Harrison could shoot a decent clip he would be amazing next to Forbes or Merril.

At this point, the Bucks have, by far, the best “big 3” in the Eastern Conference.

I'm excited about having Jrue.

But I realize our GM and ownership team are basically Oprah.

I'm not sure... probably the style of play and the fact that they're good at everything

There's really no similarities in their games, and one is phenominal, while the other is good. And put on a shirt, jeez.

The similarity that I see is that they both use their strength to drive the defender to their spots, move in their own pace without getting rushed, not too flashy, make simple and logical decisions on offense, and are both great defenders. Kawhi has a fair bit more length obviously and that puts him in a different category.

Agreed, their games/moves might not look identical but their approach is similar. two of the most under control players at their position, great footwork, kill defenders with strength, finesse & body control instead of speed.

it's why I'm so high on the upgrade, RS is whatever but his game on paper translates so much better to playoff basketball than Bled's. And we saw it in 2018, utterly destroyed Lillard. Just hope he still has something close to that in him.

Hoping for this to be made official and for Holiday to be extended. I sure hope an extension is a forgone conclusion here. Otherwise, I could easily see this help push Giannis into a 1 year deal. Wait and see what we do next offseason and get a feel for what team we really have or in this case....maybe don't have.

Man are we playing with fire these days.....
