Baynes and the Toronto Raptors agreed to a two-year, $14.3 million deal, per The Athletic. The deal includes a team option on the season year of the contract.

Meyers better perform this year and not cheerled, Baynes on cheaper one year contract with team option on the second, and he can rebound, defend the post, and shoot the 3 a little

Meyers has a lot to live up to. He didn't deserve more than a min contract for his on the court performance this past season.

His mouth literally cashed him his cheque lol.

Chalm collects cheques using his mouth too, but in other mystical ways.

Reclamation project pick Emmanuel Mudiay is a player the Heat should consider pursuing in free agency who could help and develop finally He a young PG the Heat could develop in this culture
Mudiay scored .887 points per possession as the pick-and-roll ball-handler, good enough for the 66th percentile. It’s not a superstar mark, but it’s an eye-popping improvement on what the Heat put up all season and could make a difference.

These kinds of takes are pure nonsense. Meyers was hurt in the Philadelphia blowout on Feb 3. We were 34-15 at the time. 19 above 0.500.

It was his 49th game started. He started all 49 games before his injury. It is true that he didn't come back well from injury or play a decisive role in our postseason, but he played his ass of for us.

i just read there's a player called tacko fall  good thing that the mother put a k in there because otherwise it would be funny

ahem , now to my point i think that miami missed an opportunity in not getting boogie cousins would have been a great addition to this team regardless of his antics. the heat needs a scorer, badly .the team got taller with precious but we need that player than can score at will till then it will fall short of a championship

also the loss of crowder maybe felt by the little things that he did here. oh well

Why i wanted Gallo to address our scoring droughts. Unfortunately chump chased the money. W/ the decisions made i'm down w/ internal improvements to address our scoring issue. When Riles does media stuff he sends msg's to our guys about taking that leap & next step. I'm down w/ applying the pressure to Bam, Duncan, Herro etc. to work their asses off for those significant improvements. They have the whole season to achieve this. We have a solid training staff to help. By the offseason we'll know what we're working w/ & make the appropriate moves during offseason when we focus on building that Championship squad to go to war with.

I have a lot of confidence in our youngens such as Herro. FO making no significant movements i believe Riles, Spo & co also have confidence in what Herro may become & the leap Bam & Duncan could possibly show. Herro in particular is a work horse to boot so you know that sweat will pay off. I'm excited to watch their development & anticipate even better things frm them this season.
If u don't want 2b here, the way things work, u don't like it, then don't b here. U have 2 stand on something. If Miami ain't standing on something, they become alot of these organizations trying 2 find their identity. This is the culture, bro -Wade

I think our biggest issue is going to be relief points. We're missing that "Easy scoring" factor.

To me Gallo could have been that type of scorer that can just get you buckets on good efficiency without exerting a lot of energy (Jimmy) needing to get hot (Duncan) or having to develop super quickly (Herro).

I can see us really struggling to score on the road, or when the 3's aren't falling. Who's going to giving us those "let me do my thing" points when the offense gets stagnant.

Still I'm hoping KZ/Precious and Nunn (which I think we need, for that exact reason) can surprise us with their offensive productivity.

I would have rather the Heat signed a healthy center. He has contributed nothing since February and I say it’s 50/50 odds that after a few games of play, he will have to shut it down for the season and get ankle surgery. Main contribution to the team is he agreed to be cap fodder for a trade.

Easy points has been a problem for a while. Number of factors for it. One of the reason I was hoping to get a point guard. Heat were 26th in fastbreak pts last year
