To LAC: Derrick Rose + Royce O'Neale
To UTA: Blake Griffin + Patrick Beverley

We would take a left-handed vet PG to mentor Hayes, LAC reunite the Rose/Kennard connexion and take a nice piece for their bench in O'Neale, UTA take the chance to become a contender with Blake and Beverley.

Based on what I heard during the rookie introduction press conference, I’d imagine Rose will be around until at least the trade deadline (and perhaps after). Killian talked about how much he’s looking forward to playing with and learning from him. Casey talked about how great it will be to have two “elite” guards in Rose and Killian and how much Killian can learn from Rose.

The ideal scenario for us is to have both Blake and Rose play well the 1st half of the season and be completely healthy and then we deal both of them at the deadline to ensure we end up with a top 5 draft pick. I have no faith in Weaver getting good value for rose in a trade. None.

We could probably trade Rose to the Clippers for Sweet Louis and a future pick. We could even do it straight up as a solid to Rose for playing his heart out for us last season.

They should have no picks left after the Paul George trade. The Stepien rule would kick in I believe
