True but we all know that finding a star point guard is what every Knicks fan knows we need more than anything else. Now i'm still not reaching for one if Suggs and Cade are gone and J.Green, Kuminga, Mosely, B.Boston or whoever else is BPA on the board at that time but i'm doing what i can to draft one of Cade/Suggs even if we have to trade up. Just think what a true PG can do for not only the team but for RJ, OBi, Mitch and whoever else is on the team.

Yep! It's why I've been checking out Daishen Nix

Tankathon has Cade going 1 to Clev, Suggs going 2 to Det and us taking Kuminga at 4 and taking Nix at 21.

Could have had a couple more if they would have lobbed it to him.

We haven’t even seen projected top 5 picks Jalen Green and Jonathan Kuminga yet lol our tank better be in full force this year!

I might shoot someone if the Cavs get another damn #1.

But... I won't care if Cleveland, Detroit, Sacramento or Golden State get the top pick... can't see those teams selecting a PG. Although Cunningham/Suggs can play off the ball. DAMN IT

i'm not even entertaining the thought that the Knicks will target a PG, we just saw that isn't going to be the case in this last draft

There was no Cunningham or Suggs level PG in this past draft.

Suggs might be a better PG than all of the ones in this year's draft.

Who else is playing today worth watching?

Suggs (seemingly) has some pretty nice defensive intuition too... I love this guy so far

:28 in stuck with me as such a great sequence...

playing the passing lane nicely , great step to the basket, amazing use of his body and creativity to get the bucket and keep away from defender... such positive signs.

I liked the way he turned the long defender around and drove into his chest to take the guy's length and athleticism away from him which they still got a swipe down at the ball that he craftily hid before finally getting off the finishing shot.

What took place as 2:15 was nice as well with him at a fast break pace he recognized the charge bait and side stepped it to finish cleanly. That shows his natural basketball play anticipation as much as it does his agility to do it at full speed.

There are quite a few players listed at 6-5 that are being called PGs in this draft so I wonder if the Knicks should draft someone like Suggs early and like Nix later to add play creation and scoring at both guard spots. Which would give them great play making and passing from 1-4 on the floor that adds to the offensive flexibility and makes them tougher to defend altogether because a team can't focus on shutting down one or even two play makers.
