J Isaac's length has long been a problem for John Collins.

JC didn't even see him on that particular play but yeah I remember JI giving him fits whenever they link up. He has the timing and quickness of Smoove when it comes to weakside blocking.

JI is Orlando's franchise guy. They really have no choice but to build around him similar to the way we have to with Trae. I actually see shades of OO with Isaac, we shall see.

Yeah, I'm not feeding into this. One guy can't stay healthy so it doesn't matter that you like his game better, KK.

Difficult to bar injury when one of them is out for the year. I choose the one that isn't

I really love Jon Isaac's game, and its sad to say because he seems like a great kid... but he's probably never playing meaningful basketball again.

Is Jonathan Isaac's ceiling actually high? I see him receiving nothing but praise on the boards. I need to watch more him more closely once he's healthy.

I'd take Collins.

I watched a ton of him at FSU, and he was definitely an eye-popping physical outlier. People his size simply shouldn't be able to move the way he did, especially laterally, and he was an absolute terror on defense because of it. But unfortunately that's kind of a double-edged sword, because it's looking like he literally, physically, shouldn't be able to move like that. Human joints just aren't meant to support that kind of force. It's such a heartbreaking dilemma: the thing that makes him special is also what's doomed him.

I hope like hell I'm wrong, and he comes back in 2021 looking like a stud, but I wouldn't bet on it.
