No big revelation here, but because Schlenk is going with 5 bigs (including Gallinari), that almost certainly establishes that we'll see Hunter getting a regular dose of minutes at the 4, in addition to the 3.

I did a similar exercise a couple of days ago and came up with a similar distribution of minutes. The parts where I differed is that I had Gallinari in the 28 minute range, probably at the expense of Hunter and Reddish.. I was guessing more like 26 each for them. I also had OO getting 8 minutes at center over Bruno, although that's obviously after he gets healthy.

I also gotta imagine that Dunn and Snell will be getting some playing time, although I was having a hard time fitting them in myself.

Regarding the rest of the bench, I think that's just a matter of substituting guys in on a game-to-game basis based on the generally-recognized need to limit Gallo and Rondo's minutes in the regular season, and on who you happen to be playing on a given night that might allow you (a) more latitude to give your best guys less time and (b) the need maybe to have Dunn take away a team's primary perimeter weapon.

OO will see more time than Bruno at Center. Bruno needs to be in the G League barring an injury to Capela or OO.

We'll see soon how much they can rely on OO. You rarely go into a season expecting to give a rookie a prominent role when you also have playoff expectations.

It was said that Bruno had a really good mini-camp, and that Capela immediately assumed a big brother role to Bruno. If they'd kept Skal, that would suggest they felt they needed to hedge their bets on the sophomore and freshman. That they did not keep him infers that they especially feel some confidence with Bruno.

But regardless of any of that... where the rotation is concerned, you can just as easily type-in Okongwu as you can Fernando.
