End of April you had Suggs 4th, (a tier) below Mobley and Kuminga (and obviously Cade). What changed that you now have him ‘clearly #2’?

then he said this a week ago

Suggs is the high end guy but may be more of a mid teens type talent, nice toolset though

Right?! Noticed that too.

What’s up Fisch?

I’ve been intrigued by Jalen Greens potential for a long time.

I don’t know how much of a hyperbole it might be that his comparison is “Kobe Light” in this mock draft,

https://nbadraftroom.com/p/2021-nba-mock-draft/

We’ll need to find out if he’s closer to a Kobe Bryant or a Demar Dorozan. Because that’s a massive difference.

But I’m definitely looking forward to seeing him play in the G-League whenever that starts. Along with Kuminga.

I think he's going to end up taller than he is currently listed and be a 3 at the next level. Also think the Kobe light stuff is definitely hyperbole and a little off, dont really see much resemblance in their games. I think the floor to ceiling comp stylistically is more young Rudy Gay to Paul George based on the film I've watched.

I think that was just poor phrasing on my part to be honest, not really sure if I was trying to use a figure of speech or what not, don't even remember lol

Zi is the best high end prospect shooter in the class, that stroke is ridiculous

he is a PF/C not a SF but a good one, the dude can score in multiple ways without the ball but don't ask him to make a pass or decision making, he is really raw there

I'd be shocked if he doesn't go OAD with his family and the hype he is gonna get

He is way better than Greg Brown who has lotto hype for some reason

yeah no, Keon should be ahead of all of them

I think for 2-3s Keon and Ziairie at the top, Boston 3, Green prob 4th

Christopher another tier below at least, mixed with many

he had a few bad TOs in the first half but this has been good debut, not as crazy about him as some of the other guys at the top of this class but I get the intrigue

I liked how he played the game. Not only can he really shoot, he also makes the right passes and plays with solid energy on defense. But he can't really drive and that frame could continue to be an issue even if he matures, so it's hard for me to see him as a top-prospect at this point. I also don't know if he's going to be able to shoot with consistency from deep when he's on the move, he looks more like an accurate rather than versatile type of shooter.

Accurate and versatile aren’t two ends of a spectrum. He has both in the last game.

Cam Thomas has to be in the conversation for SGs. I believe he led the EYBL in scoring last year and is averaging over 24 points in under 29 minutes per game through 3 games. He should be a good bet to at least be a microwave off the bench.

Watford right now is averaging 19/6/6 with over 2 steals per game, shooting 63/50/83...obviously these percentages are not gonna hold up for long but he looks way better than last yr already

You do know the Thunder have the best 2 of 3 picks between themselves, Rockets if the pick is between 5-30, and Miami? We would have 14 and 15 in this mock. I'm assuming this mock is yours?

But also I guess I shouldn't be getting on to people about OKC picks when we have 30 of them between now and five years from now...

Pretty sure that's not his website and they usually don't update the teams until they have something a little more definite in place.

Im not sure how high I would take Mobley in this draft, but that is just because I really like the perimeter players in this draft. With that said, its really hard not to like Mobley's game. Super fluid in his movements with enough explosion. He also just finds ways to impact the game without having to dominate the ball. Hard not to be a fan of this kid's game.

From what I’ve seen in the game his teammates do a poor job of getting him the ball.

Edit- it’s been better in the second half.

Is Jalen Green's the only "safe stock" of the G League kids with how impressive this college class has and will be?

I only caught a few minutes of Stanford last night. Is Ziaire Williams attacking the basket at all? 0 FTAs through 1.5 games.

Marcus Carr is going to rise a lot. His handle, body control, change of pace and ability to shoot off the dribble are good. His jumper obviously needs some work, but I really like his game.

I fear he's going to turn the ball over at the next level. Small hands, he can barely dribble the ball. Luckily he's quick twitchy though.
