I got Jalen Johnson up there too. That kid is so intriguing and his jumper mechanics look solid too where I can see him being a good shooter eventually.

he's not on my radar..we just picked obi. If we are picking high enough to get him I don't see us picking him with other big names on the board.

His fit on the Knicks is a different subject, I was talking about him in general as a prospect in this draft.

Still need to see the GLeague guys obviously but I really like what I've seen from JJ so far.

gotcha, I have been keeping tabs on him because I just enjoy watching ball, but this is just such a small sample size. Like tough to judge someone off a Coppin Staet game when it got a little more reaslitic vs Mich State.

But he for sure looks like a top 5 pick type in a loaded top of the class.

First of all, he coasts a lot, plays at a very slow pace and doesn't look like he has the speed or burst even when he tries to push tempo. Second, he isn't really a perimeter player. He is very mid range and low post oriented. I'm starting to see a lot of Shaun Livingston in his game. Now, can he still have success in the league and become a star? Yeah absolutely, but I'm not sure how he'd fit on the Knicks honestly. I see Cade and RJ being almost redundant.

Cade is going to have to play on a team that has quality shooters and floor spacers around him so he can operate in his comfort zones. There might be more perimeter skill in his game than he's shown so far but right now I'm starting to question his fit with the guys we have.

Said something very similar the other day and it’s why I’m more into Suggs more for the Knicks. Cade plays bully ball exactly like RJ. Posting dudes up, driving to the hoop with guys attached to the hip. Suggs just has that burst you need as a primary ball handler. I kinda hope cade’s in like bad shape or something cuz I thought he looked slow out there too. He’s gotta get on the Steph curry dribble training regime or something cuz he needs to get more creative with the ball if he’s this slow all the time.

Yeah agree 100%

Suggs has tools and abilities that nobody on our squad has. His triple threat scoring ability in the halfcourt looks so good, then the ability to fly up the floor in transition, mixed in with that court awareness and passing and it's such an intriguing blend of skills and then the fact that he can play either guard position just makes it such a great fit for pretty much any team but especially us.

Boston going to come into the league how Lavine or Ingram came into the league. Gonna need a few seasons to be developed by a good coach but when he’s developed, he’s gonna be good. I just don’t think we have that type of time.

Cade is just so smooth. Relaxed, smart and uses opponents energy against theirselves. Not flashy like Suggs but elite substance

I personally want Jalen Green. Think he & RJ can be the next Brown & Tatum if they reach their full potential. Actually they can be even better tbh.

He made some incredible looks in that first game that just wowed me. You def can tell he was a QB in high school. It was like he was throwing guys open for buckets. Can’t wait to watch him tmrw night.

I was thinking boston looked like Ingram a little bit too. Has he had a growth spurt recently? He moves around out there like a lanky middle schooler.

There is something very off in his mechanics when he shoots 3s. His jumper on mid range pull ups looks way more fluid than his spot ups. Is he just lacking strength to shoot from long range or is he just not comfortable shooting without setting up his shot with dribbles? Can't tell but that long range shot just looks bad. He shot one tonight that almost touched the moon and then bricked. There's something weird he does with his shoulders to aim or get some power behind his shot or something I don't know but it needs to be fixed

Looks like his shot is different every time. Maybe them coaches are trying to change his form, idk. His form and 3s were money last year. Even when you watched pandemic workouts, money. Think he had a shootout vs. JR Smith too.

I just can't stand the pace he plays with and I hate bouncy players like that who have trouble going north and south. They're really easy to stop.
