I feel like these teams are mirror images of each other. Both lost their starting PG(s) and now look dysfunctional on offense to say the least. This game has been brutal to watch so far.

I wish Philly's Quade Green stayed at Kentucky. He'd be their starting PG and poised for a nice season. Instead, he's wallowing away in Washington.

Askew kinda sucks.

Christian Braun throwing it down over Jackson while **** talking is pretty fun. He's been playing quite well; smart basketball player.

Also, Boston is smaller Brandon Ingram so far. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

To me it's Cade, then a gap, then Suggs and then Mobley and the only guy from the rest who got the potential to join that convo is Keon Johnson who is a freak athlete who can play

The rest are interesting and potentially good but flawed one way or another

I don't see the comp much, Ingram has better feel and poise whereas Boston is clearly more explosive

I have my doubts about Cade beating anyone off the dribble at the next level. He’s not explosive at all. Josh Christopher is someone to watch out for.
always a jump shot away.

Both struggled to get by their guy off the bounce but their absurd length make up for finishing at the rim. I also had more confidence in running the offense through Ingram than I currently do with Boston.

I'm feeling like James Bouknight is going to be a favorite of mine this year. I hope he starts to show some distribution skills because his physical ability is clear.

Damn, I didn't know Will Richardson had thumb surgery and is out 6 weeks.

Dru Smith balled in an easy Mizzo win.

11 points, 4 boards, 4 assists, 3 steals

Wow, Kansas is bad. Of course, this means UK is also bad. But at least UK has a bunch of freshmen that had like 20 seconds of preseason camp.

Jalen Wilson looks like he has major game, offensively. He's scoring off the dribble at a tremendous rate at 6'8" 215 pounds. I think he's the one bright spot for Kansas in the early going.

How much longer is Calipari going to let Askew be one of the worst players on the court each night? Mintz isn't a great solution, but at least he's playing fantastic defense and distributing at a much higher level. Also, he's a 5th year senior with over 100 games of experience under his belt.

I don't understand how he put himself in this position. UK just went from 3 varying degrees of capable PG to Askew, Mintz and... ?

Sarr, Jackson, Toppin, Brooks, Fletcher, Ware, I mean, there seems to be no thought of the possibility that Askew and Mintz wouldn't work as lead guards. Boston and Clarke were longshots of pulling that off, especially early on.

I think Brandon Boston needs to get benched, too.

He's shooting terribly, he's a black hole, and he's not drawing any fouls whatsoever. Nor is he playing any defense right now. Just a complete zero out there outside of inefficient point production.

Cameron Thomas seems guaranteed to go Top 10. With how much this league values shooting and how he's basically the next Jamal Murry/Buddy Hield.

Isaiah Wong went nuts towards the end of last year for Miami. Unsurprisingly, he's played pretty well in his first two games. He's an interesting player I'm keeping an eye on this season.

I really likes KU Jalen Wilson's game.
A little raw but he's a redshirt freshman.

A 6'8'' wing with tools, shot and phisical versability. His year has to be monitored.
