Man, the defense. I still can’t get over it. This team might be the best defensive team I’ve seen. Better than Detroit 2004, better than the Duncan Spurs teams.

Congrats to the Dodgers. Not a baseball fan, but good to see titles in LA. The last time they won was year before I was born. Not whitesox territory, but still great.

Lakers and Dodgers are my 2 favorite sports teams.... It's really weird to be completely sport sated... No games to watch... Nothing left undone... Both seasons completely satisfied.

WTF do I look forward to now? Why won't the trades start already?

In other news, the Miami Heat are still occupying the court from the NBA Finals, refusing to leave. They’re claiming basket fraud was committed and won’t concede defeat. The world saw it, but Riley rejects the notion that the Lakers won, claiming that his alternate facts are more believable than what your own eyes see. He was heard pounding his desk like a child saying “I can do whatever I want!!!”.

Sorry for the derail, lol.

Still can’t believe the defense our team played. Suffocating, indeed.

Like the look of our new squad. Couple spots I feel we are a little thin in, but I think we have a great chance of going deep. Perhaps we will get to challenge for #18

15 post seasons out of 51 total years. That's roughly 1 playoff appearances every 3.4 years. Now tell me that ain't impressive? Clippers doing Legen..... wait for it....Dary things as out late. The important factor is if they had a competent owner for past 30+ years instead of Donald Sterling, they'd have 23+ playoff appearances, possibly 3-4 finals appearances and a few championships. Owners play a key factor in team success and Lakers have had a boat full of great once for many decades.

Agreed! If the Clippers hadn’t been the Clippers, they might not have stunk it up worse than any other franchise ever.

As for how many finals they might reach if they were a different team, I’d say they might have reached 300-400 straight finals, but that would be speculation.
