And Mobley is invisible out there. I would've figured that a top prospect like him would get featured in the offense a lot more.

Mobley is their leading scorer and has been the whole game.

he's got 8/3/1 in 12 mins, he doesn't need to get fed the ball to be a high impact guy, that's why he's amazing.

A 7 footer with that level skill and enough composure to play within the flo of the game is a negative?

Through the 3ish games I’ve seen, USC offense doesn’t do much to feature his skills. Lots of possessions he doesn’t touch the ball.

That's all I'm saying, and this is my first time watching him. Dudes on here acting like I'm calling him a bad player. He's clearly skilled, UConn isn't sending double and triple teams at him when he touches the ball, for no reason.

That is college coaching in general. Most don't maximize their individual talent advantages.

Good. Keep his draft stock lower. 8-)

Too late lol that shipped sailed like 3 games ago. No way to not see it with this kid.

Even if he drops from 2 to 4, I’ll take it.

I am guessing he will be in the 5-10 range but then after Patrick Williams, NBA GMs might be getting either better or more freedom.

We will see what the end of college season hype train brings though.

Best of luck sir. As the year goes on and he continues looking like the best player on the floor without being involved in anything it's gonna be hard to pass on.

I mean I know its super early, but damn how is he not going to go #1? The only reason I can see him not going #1 is because a team is focused on taking a perimeter player. Mobley is just so damn good everywhere.

Early as it is some things are just obvious. Kyrie before the injury. Kat in Maui. Zion against UK. Sometimes you just know it won't matter what else happens. This is the one.

I actually dont mind how USC is using Mobley. Unless youre Jokic, I really dont want my offense running through my big. Mobley is showing that he can make an impact without having to have the offense run through him. If he was lacking touches that would be one thing, but he is getting plenty of touches, he is just playing really well into the offense.

14/4/3 on just 5 shots and he could easily have more shots if he wanted them, because again he isnt lacking touches. But he is just playing good smart offensive ball.

Which is even more intriguing because he's obviously aware of the fragility of the possessions and wants to maximize them best he can. Lord help us all if he shows a switch.

Am I the only one who doesn't see Cade as a consensus number one pick?

That’s probably more important in the big picture. It’s just hard seeing some of the shots his teammates are taking and thinking that’s the best option. I like his passing enough that I would like to see him pass out to open shooters when he’s double and triple teamed. But obviously he’s just a few games removed from high school so there isn’t any point in rushing it.

No. It’s just that kuminga and green haven’t played yet and Suggs got hurt last night.
