Wizards Schedule (1st half)

Post#1 » by mhd » Sat Dec 5, 2020 1:37 pm

This was the easiest format to read (no reason the official version is so hard to read on NBA.com):

https://www.bulletsforever.com/2020/12/4/22154141/washington-wizards-first-half-2020-21-nba-season-schedule

I think we can get off to a good start.

From the start to the season till February 1, our only "hard" games are @ Philly x2, @ Nets, @ Bucks, @ Boston, Miami, Utah, Nets

During that same stretch, we have Orlando x2, Bulls x2, @ Min, @ Detroit, Cavs x2, @ Charlotte, Nets

We really need to load up on wins against the bottom of the eastern conference.

It's interesting how many double-headers we have where we play the same team in the same venue on consecutive nights. That should help alleviate the difficulties of a condensed schedule. We also play the two LA teams back-to-back in LA. No travel necessary.

Yeah we need to load up on wins early in that schedule, there seems to be a lot good opportunities to gather our nuts.

I haven't looked at any of the other schedules so far, but that's a break neck pace of games for Washington to start the season, jeez!

22 games in 40 nights including 4 back to backs.

Potentially not having had Wall available in back to back certainly would have made things interesting.

Does anyone have any intel on what the Wiz plan to do for season ticket holders? Will they be required to pay something even if they don't want to risk going to any games in person, to keep their seats?
