Lord I miss Game of Zones. Kyrie does too. He uses it as a "to do" list.

Gotta admit, Kyrie put up crazy good numbers last season. It’s amazing the Nets were so much better without him.

Lol! While Westbrook reportedly arrived early at practice and setting the tone for the wizards. I guess a hard pass on Harden for fantasy league this year.

Lets say worst case scenario happens and its Lakers Nets finals. Who are you guys rooting for? Hate to say it but I would be rooting for the Lakers. I absolutely despise Kyrie and Durant. Davis seems about as soft as those 2 (I don't pick out the clothes I wear) but I respect the hell out of LeBron.

This Harden saga is yet another reminder of how guilty I feel being an NBA fan, and how ready I am to give up on it

Most serious Celtics fans both respect and hate the Lakers. But I grew up around LA, so I don't hate them. I do, however, have considerable dislike for Kyrie Irving.

Comments in the thread indicate that the Luka 1 deserves an asterisk (left the game a few minutes in) and that Donovan Mitchell also had a low number.

Lol at that tweet from a Raps fan, trying to prop up his guy. FYI, I would take every single player on that list ahead of Siakam. Pretty sad that a 6’9 PF gets his shots blocked when attempting to post up a 6’5 SG.

Those are low numbers for our guys too considering how many mouths had to be fed nightly. We had 4 guys over 17pts, 3 at least 20. Before Gordon got hurt against spurs it was four 20pt scorers. I think Smart had 14. Some games guys would have big nights which could chill another guy and stifle their rhythm and they still managed to be consistent.
Siakam is a really good player, nothing really negative to say.

Honestly, MIA fans kinda made it tough for me to root for them, despite the team being a "feel good" story. I had no idea they hated us so much. I thought the Raptors hated us, but MIA definitely took it to another level. Considering we've had no actual "rivalry" with them as we smashed them a few times and they did beat us in 2012 was it? Also, to me, and I know many people will disagree, MIA is a really good team for what they have, great coach, but the fact that they acted as if we were fully healthy, trolled, etc. With the way Kemba was playing, imo and Gordon basically missing 5 weeks, we had 1 of our top 5 players hurt and the other playing, but definitely not performing as we expected(it turned out that Kemba was indeed hurt).
Good assessment:

The Nets are not a rival. They are not even an after thought. They have not been relevant since the ABA. The Lakers are the enemy and are at risk of overtaking us in championships. Always root for the Lakers to lose. Always. If they are playing North Korea... cheer for North Korea. If they are playing Al Qaeda... cheer for Al Qaeda to win (and kill them afterwards). No matter who the Laker's play you should be for whomever or whatever the other side is. Keep your hate pure and righteous.

I'm probably one of Kyrie's biggest haters on this board -- but I agree with the above 100%.

I thought 2021 couldn’t be worse than 2020......but this scenario makes it seem like it could.
