I pick Norman Powell

Damn it. I almost picked him last time but his yahoo ranking was really low so I thought he might slide....then suddenly after my pick, they updated the rankings and he moved up quite a bit.

I was just telling KJG that in a PM about the new rankings change. I looked at my previous picks and didnt see (Or couldnt tell) if there was that much of a difference. One difference i do see is that when i took Levert they had him at like #65 and now he is all the way down to #101.

Also i know the Lopez difference that i previously mentioned to you. I needed Brook, but he was ranked at #127 and there was no way i was reaching that far for him, thinking he would still be there in the next round. Updated rankings moved him all the way up to #88. Thats BS!

I use a different site and it's crazy how much rankings vary from place to place. No one seems to have a great grasp how to rank roto basketball and really a players value changes by your rosters build and what CATs you chase and what you punt.

Yeah, i have like 5 or 6 tabs open with different sites rankings and they are all over the place. Yahoo's was really bad, but since the update they are more in line with other places, which sucks because people i was banking on being available later on because of their low yahoo rankings are all of a sudden now ranked much higher and being snagged up.

Yeah, I use a site that had Powell very high...but I have 4 sites I check and they vary quite a bit.

I didnt think there was going to be anyway possible he made it back around to us. You know what, normally i would pass on the offer, but i'll take you up on it because you have already sniped 2 of my guys besides White, and i dont trust you not to take my next one!

Thanks for that! When he was still sitting there it was pretty hard to pass him up. I consider Gallo a big step down from Whites expected production....but i did also need another SF as well.

For real Coby is set up to have a BIG season. In his last nine games he averaged 26.1 points, 4.2 rebounds, 4.4 assists, 0.9 steals, and 3.9 triples. Since he has been named the starting PG and has been handed the keys to the franchise, i think he will be pulling in very very similar numbers. Would have been a great add for me since he also has SG eligibility and Ball is the only guy i have that can cover the SG spot.
