Apparently, Juancho felt he could get 10 million a year, the wolves told him that if he could find that deal, they would think about matching. He had no takers at that price.
When it comes to Beasley, they said the front office was concerned that Thibs and the Knicks were going to do some crazy stuff and put them in a bad spot financially. They acted quickly to prevent that from happening. I don't know why they felt that way, I don't know what kind of deal Thibs could have put together that would be that crazy but that's what they were saying. I don't even know if Thibs is the kind of person to try that or how much pull he has but who knows. Sounds odd to me.

If stays like this i think they got better and that's bad news for us. One spot less...

James Harden indicated to the Houston Rockets before training camp that he would be open to a trade to the Philadelphia 76ers or possibly other contenders, sources told ESPN.

With camps underway, would Rosas make a move to enter in a three-way deal?

Seriously though besides Holiday being a huge upgrade from Bledsoe there's also this factor. Trading for Holiday likely comes with signing the 2X MVP to a supermax deal.
Windhorst: 'A Lot Of Warmth In Milwaukee Right Now' On Giannis Antetokounmpo Supermax
NOV 16, 2020 11:39 PM
Giannis Antetokounmpo will be offered the supermax extension by the Milwaukee Bucks at the start of free agency, which could be the most impactful NBA storyline both this offseason and for 2021.
The Bucks already improved their roster by trading for Jrue Holiday.
"I wonder how Giannis feels as he's looking at this right now, you know, what he's thinking about," said Brian Windhorst in a podcast recorded before the Holiday trade. "Because he has about a month to decide on his supermax. I think he's going to decide a lot of sooner. And I think there's a lot of warmth in Milwaukee right now. I'll just leave it at that."
Many teams have been waiting to see what Antetokounmpo does this offseason before being too aggressive now in hopes he becomes available in 2021. If Antetokounmpo signs the supermax with the Bucks, those teams could quickly pivot elsewhere during this offseason.
"Well, first off, there's a whole bunch of teams holding their 2021 game plans waiting for news out of Milwaukee," said Windhorst. "Okay? And let me just say my feelings on this, because I don't want to get in trouble, my feelings on what may happen there have changed in the last two months. Okay? And were I teams planning on Giannis being available. I might develop my backup plan a little bit quicker."

FYI ESPN has Paul at 15th best player in league and Holiday at 33rd.

I could see how they would come to that. I just disagree with them. I have Holiday somewhere between 10-20 and Paul is IF healthy a little bit better, but I don't trust Paul's bone on bone knees and would much prefer the 6 years younger Holiday.

Paul has played in 78% of games in his career.
Holiday has played in 79% of games in his career, while being 5 years younger than Paul, not 6, as you claimed.
How bout that?
