Can we put these in the Wizards in the Media thread? We don't necessarily need a new thread each time the Athletic posts an article. Especially since it is a pay site. Is PIF getting paid to promo them? :clown:

But yeah I read that. Hollinger butchers the team. LOL

If he knows so much why is he working for the athletic instead of an NBA team? At the end of the day, we’ll see how the team plays on the court. I feel pretty confident in the fact that we will get over 32 wins.

Amen. I disagreed with much in the piece. The analysis was quite shallow and ill informed. It like the writer did not bother to do much background work prior to writing the story.

The comments to the story in the Athletic were also quite negative with many posters strongly disagreeing with Hollander.

I think of the Wiz in the media thread as about individual Wizards &, sort of, non-basketball coverage.

In any case, I didn't think it was sparticularly insightful -- which, frankly, is what I usually think when I read something by Hollinger.

Haven't Hollingers predictions on the Wizards record been pretty spot on for the most part?
