Suggs is a stud but his style of play is a bit reckless. I'd still take him in a heartbeat, but he may have longevity issues. Cade is safer.

Ayo has been putting in work. Not flashy, he's older as well. But just may be getting slept on.

Ziaire has really been in a funk since his 1st game.

Jalen Johnson is in a bit of a funk too.

BJ Boston will be a better pro than college player.

Clarke will be good but is a complimentary piece. He doesn't have #1 option DNA.

Moody is the truth. Great shooting option with size at SG.

Nolley got hurt last night.

Scottie Lewis will be a glue guy and defensive disruptor who gets his offense manufactured by others.

Christopher is a nut!

Bouknight will be a 6th man of the year type one day.

I swear by Scottie Barnes. Would love to nab him at our Mavs pick, if possible.

Jeremiah Robinson-Earl would be a nice rotational big as a pro.

Nice write ups..what are your thoughts on Mobley? I didn't want yo move Mitch for Wiseman , but Mobley has me thinking about post Black Friday luggage sales...

Mobley has been looking impressive. Very fluid and well-rounded for a big. I am still not sold on him as a franchise changer but he will be good at the next level for sure just for the fact he is skilled at that size.

I want him to be top 5 merely to push other prospects down. But the last thing the Knicks should be targeting is another wing who can't shoot.

Best case scenario would be Cade/Suggs with our pick & best shooting wing available with Dallas pick.
Cade & Moody please.

From the 2021 draft thread on the draft board:

ThunderBolt wrote:Vecenie said on his podcast that Ziaire Williams had a bike wreck on Stanford’s campus and that’s the reason he’s a little banged up.
Capn'O wrote:We're the recovering meth addict older brother. And we've been clean for a few years now, thank you very much. Very uncouth to bring it up.

Brunson: So what are you paid to do?
Hart: Run around like an idiot during the game and f*** s*** up!

if they can land a top 10 pick, I'd be intrigued b/c this class is so deep

The move should be to pair him with the Dallas pick to move up if we can get a player we really covet with our own first rounder. Hopefully Rose and company can thin out the roster over the year. Just such a logjam of mediocre talent right now.

This shouldn’t be the goal.... maybe an option.

I only watched Suggs and Cunningham so far. Any other point guards in this draft been looking good?

It’s too late. We missed our best opportunity.

Not impressed with BJ Boston at all, I don't care about how connected to the program they are I really think there is anyone on this KY team the Knicks should even consider outside of buying a 2nd rounder to snag Obi's bro for good vibes.
If you'd rather see your team fail so you can be right
...you are a fan of your opinion not the team.

As this is the worst UK team I've ever watched in my life which spans several decades I can't in good faith condone taking boston or clarke anywhere near the lottery. Pains me to say it but that's how it has to be. Late first round, at best. Probably should avoid entirely.

I never thought the Knicks would be the better of the two basketball teams that I watch, and somehow this year that is the case

Last season they had like 3 guys who could initiate offense but I don't see them as even having one right now. Maybe it's making all their wings look terrible but nobody on this team pops out at me at all.
