Was that Semi who shot the air ball three-pointer in that video?

Would’ve liked to have seen Nesmith in there.

Call me crazy, I want Javonte to get some burn. I've always liked his energy, hustle and I think he deserves a chance. Hopefully he gets it this year.
Good assessment:

Oh no, you not crazy! As you say he brings energy and hustle. With his athleticism and his dunking ability, he can provide a jolt of electricity. There is opportunity there, I think he is ready to take advantage of it.

The purpose behind this post is not to bash Stevens or Smart. Both bleed green and mean a lot to this team.

A younger Jaylen was frequently pulled for any defensive miscue. Same with Time Lord.

Ojeleye and even Marcus can brick numerous 3's without repercussion. I have seen more than a few leads slip away. When easy scores followed these unaccountable bricks.

Why the discrepancy?

Missing a jumpshot is hardly an offensive mistake. A good defense needs all five players working in unison, and if you can't trust a player to be in the right spot, the defense falls apart. An offense doesn't need all five players to gel perfectly in the same way. If Jaylen Brown falls asleep on defense and lets his guy cut behind him for an uncontested layup, that's a lot worse than if Jaylen Brown is on offense and doesn't cut to the hoop at the right time.

Ojeleye hardly plays, and it's because he's so limited offensively. I don't think he's a good player to cite for this.

When it is done repeatedly and early in the shot clock, I believe it is

Already tired of seeing Semi miss shots, and the season hasn’t started yet.

Brown is turning out to be a very good person, and a decent player, as well.

Well, we're hurting a little bit. But, we still have 13 players.

This season is the most pessimistic I've felt about Celtics in a while. Pandemic year with limited depth. Injuries already mounting. We have no proven depth. I get wanting to see what you have with rookies but the fact we have no wing depth with any experience is troubling. I have no idea how we score. Tatum is gonna get blitzed all the time. Who is gonna create offense right now.

Anyways. I'm seeing a mid seed in East. If Kemna is healthy and right in playoffs we can beat anyone in a series but we may really struggle in the regular season.

I think you should be ready to be pleasantly surprised. Everyone we’re bringing back should be better.. and JT/JB/MS is a pretty damn accomplished trio by this point.

As long as Kemba comes back looking like himself I’ll be surprised if we’re not one of the top 2 seeds in the East.

My view is the complete opposite. They will make the finals barring injuries to key players. (I've already baked Kemba's knee into my prediction.) There is nothing in the preseason basketball I've watched that would change my mind. I've never seen so much bad basketball. Maybe it's the early start, or something in the water.
