Lamelo is looking like the Hornets future PG already with his great passes. Malachi Flynn also looks like a solid draft pick by the Raptors.

Honestly the bulls have fallen behind Charlotte, Washington, and Atlanta in talent. About on par with Cleveland. The only team in certain we’re more talented than is Detroit. Woof.

And the Knicks! We're definitely better than the Knicks still!

Adams' presence with the Pelicans already got them looking better. Zion needs to stay healthy though.

Maybe Coby isn't long for the Bulls? Maybe there is a trade for a vet starting PG in the future?

Most vet PGs are either too up there in age or cost too much money. Coby will be fine for now. No matter what, the Bulls will need to depend on the draft mostly for talent.

He is bad at most everything else. He is a floor general though.

Well, he does rebound the ball good too, but like his brother Lonzo, he probably won't look a little decent scoring the ball until his 2nd or 3rd season.

Man, I wanted him more than Zion for this team. The rare superstar who isn’t a whore on social media / attention crazy. Memphis is in good hands.

Y'all should probably chill on the preseason overreactions. I get some guys are playing well but you act as though Pat Will is a complete scrub. It's very possible that he's the best player in this draft. Or not. Point being, it's WAY to early to come to these conclusions.

I would advise waiting until at least the first few weeks of the regular season before seriously judging any of these rookies.

Care to name these "interesting playmakers"?

LaMelo went 3rd and Hayes—who isn't exactly tearing up the league—went 7th. The next best PG prospect was Hali who went 12th. So I guess you're saying the Bulls should've taken Hayes or Hali at 4 then?

Unquestionably. However it is interesting to see where we stood with predictions vs performance, and it’s been so long since Bulls basketball, folks are jumping at everything. We also need to keep in mind that PWill is a swing at the fences. Others have more polish, immediate role, or both. So I agree that it’s unhelpful to directly compare...but it’s still fun to watch

I wasn't a huge advocate to draft them at #4, but so far the guys I liked a lot - Okoro, Haliburton, and Vassell - have all looked very comfortable in the NBA. I have a dreadful track record for gauging draft talent, but through some exhibition games, they all look solid.

Off topic: I can't believe I'm rooting for a Cleveland team for like the first time ever, but I want the Browns to beat the Used-To-Be-Browns for some reason, and it's been a great 4th quarter.

seems like they are all pretty much in the same ballpark doing their respective jobs. Edge to Okoro.

Yes LaMelo. Then you have Hali and Avdija. Plus Hayes (who admittedly looks like he’s struggled via box score).

How come our guy can’t put up numbers against the scrubs?
