Feels like a low-ish base salary but with easily attainable bonuses could be a good compromise.

I really hope we can close this deal cause if we dont it will bite us in the ass this summer. Luke Kennard, a backup role playing SG got 4yr/16m per, Fultz just got 3 yrs at 16.6 per. I would offer 4 years between 15m and at most 18m per. Lauri, if he stays the same is tradeable and if he improves like I believe he will then he will outperform his contract and we can keep him or use him to upgrade to a better piece

COLE Anthony on a rookie contract is way better.

Kennard has genuine upside. He has a higher ceiling than Lauri.

It reminds me of the Jimmy situation and Lavine's situation. Both times "overpay" turned out to be value contracts. The cap is only going up.

I actually understand Isaac's deal more than I do Fultz, Isaac was showing some playmaking skills and defense, but still, that Orlando GM is way overpaying guys. They act like a small market team, but Orlando should be able to attract FA's, but clearly not.

Issac was on track to be a DPOY player with offense. That's definitely worth the contract (barring injury setbacks)
