Re-signed KCP to a reasonable deal considering all the crazy ass deal that got popped off just now

Extended Kuz on what is now a totally reasonable and non insane deal

Alot of teams lost their damn minds in overpaying players that theyll have RFA rights on. I mean, yea the 2021 FA market is shallow, but it doesnt justify some of the crazieness that we're seeing.

Fultz 3 yrs 50M (16.6 per yr)

Kuz @ 3 yrs 40M (13.3 per yr)

And I’d take Kuz over all three and he’s done more than all three. Even with 3rd yr out - great signing looking at those #’s

Overall a good deal because you don't want another team offering Kuzma big money and the lakers not matching....so losing Kuzma for nothing.

Did you know Kuzma hit 59.4% of his threes from the right corner 3? League average is 38.0

Did you know Kuzma hit 45.5% of his threes from the left corner? League average is 39.8

Did you know that the difference between Kuzma shooting 36% and his average last year was 12 made shots? Did you also know Kuzma chucked 10 3/4 court shots to beat a buzzer last year, going 0/10 but he took them busting his own percentage. Did you know he also took 15 3s under 3 seconds ha the shot clock too last year?

I mean for all his faults you can say well if he decided to run the clock out and not take those full court heaves he’s is magically a 35% shooter from three. If you cut his bail outs in half he’s a better shooter too. But he don’t give a damn about percentage lol

Kuz signing is good. Not sure what Kennard or Fultz have done to deserve theirs.
