Neither really fits the robin bill, especially not KD. Davis was maybe a robin, so he'd be the only real option, but even then that's heavily underrating Davis

What the hell are you talking about? He's literally 2nd all time in points per 4th quarter in a Finals with a 70% TS%, and he's consistently one of the top performers in the "clutch" statistics.
Curry literally has the 3rd highest eFG% in "clutch" minutes (last 5 minutes, game within 6 points) in the playoffs.
Shaq is #1 in both those stats.
Stop making **** up. You're embarrassing yourself.
Hes played in the finals against The cavs in 2015, why wouldnt he be awesome? Had durant to play off of, why wouldnt he be awesome? I dont think there is an argument to be made he was great in 2016 unless are going to try that, and he was quite pedestrian in 2019 other than the 47 point game which didnt really matter because he was in the position of being overwhelmed by the other teams talent and still lost by over 30, and he even cut it to ten with 8 minutes left and didnt get another field goal. He had a chance to force a game 7 failed. he had a chance to win in 2016 to win and couldnt get 1 out of three games.
he has solid stats but hes been 5-3 in elimination games. hasnt made a go ahead basket in the playoffs?

I cant call someone clutch that cant give game winners. he struggles to even get the shot off. Im not saying hes trash in the 4th quarter. What I am saying is that he cant create good shots for himself against good defense when it matters.
If you put out a team with good switch defenders, or they cant get a switch teams can force the ball either out of his hands or make him pass. That makes him no different than harden, no different than lillard.
His best finals performances are with durant.
I was well aware of all those numbers you gave and I still said that. Its not an uniformed opinion. Im merely holding him to the standard of Lebron James, Michael Jordan, Shaq and all time greats, because I believe he is one. I just again... dont think he creates shots well enough on his own to see he is one of the most clutch performers of all time.
So let's ignore the fact that he's the 3rd most efficient scorer in the clutch in the playoffs and the 2nd all time leader in 4tg quarter scoring in a Finals.
Let's ignore when he played with Durant and ignore when he played the Cavs without Irving. I'll entertain you.
In 2016 he ISO'd 4.5 times per game in the playoffs, 18% of all his possessions. Almost the exact same as KD. He averaged 1.14 PPP, the 2nd most efficient in the NBA. KD averaged 0.75, near the bottom 3rd in efficiency.
All of your opinions are easily proven as factually incorrect.
Stop fooling yourself. Curry probably holds the trophy for the most chokejob in NBA Finals history.
4th Quarter Stephen Curry Field Goals
Game 5
3/8 FG
Game 6
2/6 Then Ejected
Game 7
1/6 And that stupid behind the back pass at 5:16
That's 6/20(30%FG) in the last 3 Games of 2016 NBA Finals. If he stop shooting the ball and let Klay took it or even Draymond, they might won.

Yes he is 6 foot 3 and under 200lbs and you can stop him if he has no outlet for his passing by triple teaming him with players who include LeBron or Kawhi when they have no need to guard their opposing SF, particularly if other starters are injured. Your point is ?.

3 game span, and in one of the games he was ejected.
Shaq had 3 games in the 2004 Finals where he shot 20% from the field in the 4th quarter and had a total of 6 points over those 3 games. Not per game. 6 points over 3 games. That's 2 points per 4th quarter on 20% shooting.
That's worse than Curry, yet he and Curry are two of the most dominant 4th quarter and clutch performers of all time. Sometimes you just have bad games. If he were perfect then they would never lose. Obviously that's not a realistic standard for anyone.

Curry was the Robin to Durant let’s not get it twisted. Without Durant there’s no way Warriors win.

Such bias.
Guy who joins 73-9 team is a pu$$y
The 2xMVP, DPOY, All Star and FMVP begging him to join aren’t to blame.

KD was no Robin in those GSW teams, but he wasn't the sole Batman either. He and Steph shared Batman duties.

Bottom line is that if Curry runs out of troops in a finals series he loses, just like LeBron when he doesn’t have enough ‘help’ or Davis and Durant for that matter. At their sizes they have more options for unadulterated/pure iso play and may put up gaudier numbers, but lose they still do.

Here's more evidence of Curry being the clear-cut "Batman" on GSW and it's not even close.
