We end the first half of the schedule 8th in the East.

We make no trades.

Vucevic makes the all-star team.

Bamba does not play significant minutes until the 2nd half of the season.

We finish 10th in the East (behind 7th place Washington and 8th place Indiana and 9th place Atlanta), and lose the play in game.

Cole Anthony makes an all-rookie team.

Cole Anthony becomes a starting guard by mid-season as they sell off Fournier to improve the bench a bit. AG is on the market and no people bite, Magic keep him another year.

Cole wins RoY. He has a strong showing off the bench and proves he can play off ball with Fultz. Lamelo barely plays due to Graham and Rozier as the Hornets pursue the 7th or 8th seed cementing Cole in this role.

Magic advance to the second round by playing the third seed Raptors. With no Gasol or Ibaka they can't stop Vuc and their fire power can't compare to the new double guard lineup plus Vuc.

I know my predictions are crazy, but a man can dream.

I like the dream. I really do but it has a 1% chance of happening. That said, I prefer my dream:

We end up 9th in the east (that’s my actual prediction) and then we win the lottery and get the #1 pick. That’s a better dream IMO. Then we can add a potential all star scorer to the young talent we already have.

Winning 35 games on heavy Vuc, Evan, Gordon lifting than fans talking themselfs into idea how 14 ppg of Fultz ( on 14 shots and 48% TS) is somewhat great step toward startom and how team is ready to get rid of old players. Just to win 25 games in 2021-22

Magic finish the regular season 10th in the Eastern Conference yet manage to win both play-in games to set up Milwaukee vs Orlando II in the first round.

Vooch is borderline all-star, Fultz ups PPG to 16.0 and Cole gives us a scoring punch to elevate our offensive rating.

Our back-to-back years in the playoffs and chemistry is enough to get us through the play-in tournament.

Following another first-round exit, majority of the board initially gets upset for sabotaging our 21 draft position, but we turn some heads around the league having done all this without Isaac and persistent AG trade rumors.

As a result, we build some momentum getting this thing on track and start getting talked about favorably in the national media for a change.

Next season is optimistically bright.

My line of thinking, too.

We'll probably win somewhere around 32 games (give or take a game or two).

Vučević will be his usual Cliff-version, but will not make the All Star game due to lack of team success.

Rest of the team goes as usual, Cole playing DJ role with similar stats. Fultz will play hard, but teams now know what he is and without tangible improvement in his 3pt shot things won't come easy.

10th place finish, 30 wins, and no all stars.

Because only 37 games were released, can't do a full prediction. I have us at 19-18 in that stretch.

We really have to get off to a great start. We can't be worse than 5-3 after the first 8 games (we place OKC and Cleveland twice each). If we are, we're in trouble. We really should be 6-2 (I have us beating Miami tonight, losing 1 of those D.C. games, and losing against Philly on NBA TV).

We have to show that our continuity is worth a damn. We played 4 preseason games, most teams played 2 or 3. I was watching on free league pass, many of those teams looks rusty and ****. You have all of these teams that made big roster changes or changed coaches with little time to acclimate/adjust, pounce on that opportunity.

I do have a cruel scenario. We're going to finish 7th or 8th but we'll lose our 2 play-in games and not make the playoffs because we'll go into those games with players injured or out with COVID-19.

I think Vooch will be our 1 All-Star. Vooch averages a career-high ppg (I say over 21.5 ppg).
I think Cole makes an All-Rookie team. Fournier gets traded by the deadline.
