I've been looking forward to this opener for awhile. The NFL still may be king, but I'm excited to see some NBA action again.

Everyone is always hopeful before the opener, but we should have no problem with the Knicks. Looking to see the new defense generate a lot of turnovers and the ball movement in the half-court offense. Very excited to see something new from the Pacers.

Nice start to the season, even with Warren being ineffective the other guys picked up. Dom and Vic looked great, Brogdon played really well and Dougie was good off the bench. No real complaints in this one. The Pacer have to beat these teams like this, last season they lost a lot of games early in the season to teams like Detroit and Cleveland.

First half was rough. The Knicks were making a lot of tough shots and we didn't look great.

The second half was impressive, though. Myles's blocks were unreal. The offense was flowing through Sabonis. Oladipo looked great in the transition offense. Hope this continues against the Bulls.

I’m amazed at how poorly we shot from 3, while the Knicks shot over 40%, and yet we still won by double digits. The rebounding numbers were insanely awesome for us, and the team created so much offense from transition and defense.

Also, can we recognize that Myles is now blocking shots in a way that is letting Indy keep possession, instead of swatting it into the stands for the highlight reel? Such an awesome development for him and the team.

Great opener. Gotta admit I didn’t get into the bubble very much so this was long awaited. Offense was impressive. Thought they guarded a lot better in the 2nd half. Looking forward to Saturday. Merry Christmas!
