The price is high and the reward is spoiled. Harden is ultra talented but can be a chemistry killer unless you have the right blend of ultra alpha personalities to handle him.

I feel he could do well in Brooklyn but Houston doesn’t want their side pieces.

Denver has a piece they appear interested in with Michael Porter Jr but do they want to disrupt a good thing by bringing in Harden?

I don’t see Philly winning a championship with him but that seems like the only place desperate enough to take the chance while also having the assets to entice Houston (Simmons).

So I vote Philly.

Maybe you can facilitate through third team, but Celtics could be Harden away from championship. Most defenetly one of candidates

IF he was smart, he'd go to NYK.
That fan base is begging for a star.
They also have the money to sign people over the cap.
I think Toppin and Robinson would be pretty good with Harden.
NYK can trade away Randle, RJ Barrett & Frank Ntilikina and they don't have to match salaries which would be good for HOU.
Houston could use the $$ to add to Wall and Cousins next year.

Considering Harden wants to win a championship right now.. only PHI for Simmons plus filler, POR for CJ plus filler and while I think BOS could also be good, Ainge is too cheapsakte to pony up Jaylen..

I'm still thinking either Philly or Toronto.

Philly because no matter what gets said in press releases, the Morey/Harden combination still seems like too strong an attachment to let go full-time. Whether they try a straight swap for Simmons, or disassemble the entire team / picks collection to try and get him I'm not sure, but it seems like a likely enough market for him as well.

Toronto because I think they realise without a star, their current crop isn't challenging the very elite of the East. They've already proven with DeRozan that they're willing to move their most popular pieces for the greater good and they also have the pieces to try and tempt Houston. Siakam, Powell and Davis with discussions on picks I could see getting the deal done, especially if Harden continues to be explicit as he is regarding his desire to be moved.

I believe we could offer one of the better packages for Harden because of our amount of young players and all our picks. The only problem is I don’t think Vooch is a big enough second star to help him to commit to being here long term. But at this point I’d throw Fournier, Bamba, Aminu, Gordon and 2 future 1sts for Harden, Tucker and Mclemore just to shake up this team a little bit.

You could Run Markelle, Harden, Bacon, Tucker and Vooch. Then have Anthony, Ross, Mclemore, Okeke, Birch off the bench. Plus there is some solid vets on the FA market who I’m sure we could pick up to help fill some voids at SF.

He is coming to Orlando for Fultz, Gordon, Fournier, Bamba, 2021 1st, 2023 1st, and 2025 1st. Or maybe it’s just a pipe dream and I love Fultz.
