What is very cruel here is if we had gotten KD and Kyrie, we would have been so bad last year that we would have probably gotten a Top 4 pick. As opposed to having signed guys that led us to meaningless wins against other tanking teams.

We would also have seen guys like RJ and Mitch really get their exposure instead of having been subjected to journeymen vets who were only after their own.

Oh well enough of that for me. It’s Christmas.

Butler turns into Kawhi in the playoffs and probably has a shot of cancelling out KD.

The key is getting Kyrie to self destruct in the playoffs similar to how Bud and the Bucks were able to exploit his defensive shortcomings. If anyone can do that I think Spo can.
