Wood > Harden

That's the one that got away, Rockets got him so cheap too.

Rockets are a must watch, if they lose the next few beard might **** a stripper on the court during a timeout

What started as a chance to really make his mark as a coach has become a sideshow. He’s handled it well so far - Rockets gotta do right by him now.

Harden scoring 44 at 54%, -6 efficiency and his team losing...and that’s what y’all want. SMH

Hard to believe Harden couldn't carry Houston to an overtime win on the road in Portland with CJ and Dame combining for 76 points. Houston had 3 of it's better players not available in E.Gordon, J.Wall, and Cousins out having to quarantine. Harden did have PJ Tucker, D.House, C.Wood and D.Nwaba starting next to him.

Yes, Harden only put up 44 points, 17 assists with 4 TOs. Harden's 4th TO happened at the end of overtime when he attacked the basket to pass out for a PJ Tucker corner 3 but for some reason Tucker was near the basket leaving Harden with nobody open to pass to.

I get not liking Harden, maybe even hating Harden but why try to twist a good performance into he's not really good?

it's not this simple but who can't we really give up? I'd say Rob but non-Heats would give up everyone but Jimmy and Bam :dontknow:

Listening to the The Athletic's Basketball Buds podcast (The NBA Christmas Day Carol) they brought up an interesting though... Boston FLEECED Brooklyn in 2013 trading KG, Pierce, and J.Terry for with Boston getting...
The Celtics will receive Gerald Wallace, MarShon Brooks, Kris Humphries [expiring contract], Keith Bogans [via sign-and-trade], Kris Joseph and first-round draft picks in 2014, 2016 and 2018. The Celtics also have the right to swap first-round picks with the Nets in 2017.

https://www.espn.com/new-york/nba/story/_/id/9473403/kevin-garnett-paul-pierce-jason-terry-trade-brooklyn-nets-official

And here we are at the end of 2021, Boston has not made a finals and may actually have a worse team then... Brooklyn. This isn't so much about Brooklyn getting 2 superstars for basically cap space but more about Boston refusing to move draft picks/young talented players for proven stars. Does Boston have a bright future with Tatum and Brown, sure, but how bright, champion level?

The story over and over and over in the NBA is that top tier players win championships, LA traded away a ton of talent for AD to paired him up with LeBron and found spare parts and won a championship and has a stronger team this year with more time to get more talent around them.

It's simple, if you can team up 2 or 3 GREAT players for 2 or more years you do it IF you want give yourself a chance to win championships. Butler just showed what he can do, Bam is still on the way up, why not add a 3rd to that mix and go get roleplayers around them. Miami could have a 3-5 year window with Butler and Harden with Bam entering his prime at that time and you do what you can to bring more talent to give him help!

You could give up every non-Jimmy/Bam player and it would still be true.

A no-brainer for me if you can keep a Jimmy/Bam/Dragic core together
