Definitely a good year to bottom out. Bulls have been pretty abysmal for the last few years but just respectable enough to miss out on the Doncic/Trae's over the world...it's a fine line.

I've been M.I.A for most of this draft season, and I didn't want to update this because I simply have not been keeping up with enough college ball. That said, I've tried to binge hard lately, and here's a group of guys I feel pretty comfortable ranking based on the impressions I have up to this point.
