I'd feel much better if the team had retained one of Boogie or DHo for the vet min. Marc Gasol at 10-15 mins and bit more time against certain matchups would be ideal. Boogie looks mostly back and he can help score in bunches, while i really liked DHo also in the 10-15 min situational role and be elite at that.

Basically not sign Dudley and give that vet min slot to one of those two guys.

Marc has slowed down alot and he cant really do anything on offense other than pass and shoot an occasional 3. He cant post up or cut or shoot mid Js anymore.

I prefer not dealing w dwight's antics that always seem to resurface somewhere on court and stunts our flow.

And also his constant over the shoulder fouling on offensive rebound efforts and pushing underneath the basket.

And his inability to set a clean screen.

If we have to sacrifice having a couple more blocks and couple more altered shots per game , then so be it.

The "pushing" is part of his boxing out and lets him gets lots of offensive rebounds. The refs let a lot go underneath the basket so might as well take advantage of it.

I'm fairly confident that we will use our last roster spot aroubd the TD. If length will be a priblem we will get someone from the buyout market.

I would of course be calmer if we signed someone, but there are still options out there (Dedmon, Mahinmi, Labissiere) but probably Pelinka thinks that we can get someone better.

I wouldn't be surprised if for example McGee returns after a buyout. (Though I'm not sure if he is an improvement over the guys mentioned above)

Early prediction: Marc will save LeBron’s knees more so than any other player will. Literary, LBJ hands it off to Marc at the top of the key, takes a break while Marc orchestrates. I love this team.

We are a worse basketball team this season. Period. Lack of rebounding and interior defense will haunt the team in the long-term.

We’re gonna miss Dwight’s defense in the playoffs. Lots. But Marc is an overall upgrade at C.

Marc would surely feed DH bunnies if a duo but I don’t see why it wouldn’t be better having AD receiving those passes from Marc.

The way Marc is passing from the top of the key we might have a healthy LeBron with fresh legs starting the playoffs. For real. Marc makes LBJ’s job so much easier.

Dwight sets illegal picks and controls the defensive low post better, but on all other fronts Marc is an upgrade.

I hope that Kostas improves to where he can replace some of JaVale’s rim running.
