I want to see us become a shut down defensive team. I think we have the pieces to do that. Wing and transition D will be key.
I’m not worried about the defense, but yeah the offense looks playoffs ready.
We were that shut-down team last season. I loved it. We still have Vogel. Now with full defensive buy-in from every single player. Remember how we used to literally shut teams down in the third, last season? Can’t expect them to play intense defense like that from game two and on but I’d expect that level of d will be back when it’s time.
Our offense is sick already! With AD on the bench... lol
whoa easy guys. They played against A bad TWolves team who were in a 2nd game of a back to back, was 2-0, ecstatic and contented with that record, minus their best player at HOME.
Dallas was pretty bad too defensively and also played minus their 7-4 star center. Both games, Lakers shot great from the 3pt area. The game vs the Clips, they shot 31% and LOST, yes, would have had a decent chance to win if not for PG's insane game but still.
Let us hope that they can be this good on offense but it's way to early to tell.
Okay, let me re-phrase that. Our offense is looking about as playoffs ready as any Lakers offense I have ever seen in a game 2 of any season ever. Would you agree?
Not normal for game 2. I’m telling you. Not normal.
The chemistry building with LBJ, Gasol, AD is insanely exciting to see. Marc is a genius passer and to me it’s clear already that it’s a match made in heaven between he and AD and LBJ. Best passing front court in basketball.
To have Kuz, Harrell, THT, Schröder, Caruso, Matthews, Pope, Morris etc to go along with that ...
We’ll be hard to beat this season. Very hard.
