Yea, I think winning the division would be a nice thing for team morale, but I don't see it being a great thing long-term. Whoever wins the division gets destroyed in the first round anyway.

Better to get that 10th pick at this point.

If you take haskins of the team we probably win 3 more games anyway maybe 4, that's the sad reality.

I'm sure there's a lot of voices in the building that just want Haskins cut at this point, but I *suppose* that would be petty. Better to bench and release after the season.

I hope he is deactivated. Better to have no more cameras on the sideline panning in. The dude knows he’s blown it.

Cutting him would be too cruel IMO.

Maybe if Heinicke starts the final game they win.

Send a message. Cut the kid. Sign a rando off the sofa eating chettos for the third or 4 the strong and move on.

His parents live just 3 miles from me - I feel bad for them - seeing their son going from team captain to a failure in such a short time.

His father comes off as a holier-than-thou overprotective dad that thought his kid did no wrong. Just read this hilarious article of when a reporter tried to interview him:

LOL at "core family values." I''m sure Junior was spreading all those "values" at the strip club last week.

I hope he doesn’t break down. People are so hateful. I deal with depression and I pray this young man doesn’t let failure destroy him.

I hope and pray he has friends. True friends like I know I do.

Probably has a lot to do with Haskins seeking strippers.

People are hypocrites.

The real deal is the kid sucked on the field. His actions wouldn’t even make headlines if he won. John Wall at age 22 .... was a winner and NOONE on this board cared when I questioned his character.

Now I’ve come full circle and see my own pious BullSht.

Young dudes. Healthy. Got more money than Trump. Hell, they got stimulus packages to make it rain AND to give away bikes, toys, scholarships.

Jalen Rose was no different except he is wiser and liked.

Haskins is a kid I would love to meet. I’ve seen failure like you wouldn’t believe. He’s got so much to offer I kinda suspect he’s going to be just fine if he doesn’t let MEAN PEOPLE vilify him.

Nothing worse than being in over your depth and hated by people who only care about you for your performance.

The shocker to me is, why even bother to get him ready to play on Sunday?

Should have cut him the second the videos surfaced.

I mean you can't say they didn't give the kid a second third and forth chance. But at that point it was too late and they should have just been done . Oh well .

Agree 100%. He made his own bed & therefore must lie in it. But, that's more than enough punishment. He'll need support to grow as a person from this experience.

Did anyone see the dolphins play the raiders? Absolutely crazy 4th quarter.

Yeah, crazy finish. I kept thinking Las Vegas (still sounds weird) shouldn't have been so focused on not scoring a TD because they weren't going to be able to run out the clock or go up by enough that Miami would have to get a TD of their own. Felt like they were outsmarting themselves and that turned out to be true.

But I did enjoy watching next year's Washington QB lead his team to the win. Can't wait for some good ol' Fitz-magic in DC! :D

Yeah I was thinking the same thing since they wouldn't be able to run out the clock completely. Go for the TD if you can get it.

I don't think Fitz is the type of QB Rivera wants. Too much of a gunslinger, too many jump balls.
