Hoffa didn’t you tank like your life depended on it the first couple seasons? Y’all set the precedent can’t be mad now

I never played my worst players ahead of my best players. My best player was Jabari Parker from the initial draft. And second year i had Chris Paul and still couldn't make the playoffs and got lucky in the lottery moving up like 7 spots to nab morant. I also traded to get my 2 other current rookie contracts in JJJ and Edwards.

It hasn't been worth my time to get involved. I have said my piece privately and even tried to introduce a rule that I believe there is a difference and its a slippery slope to actively sit good players because the SIM has no ramifications for those players sitting. For example what is stopping Mecca from just sitting IR Embiid and Lillard and just tank. I personally believe there needs to be some level of realism here. Front offices tank but coaches would never sit good players just because.

It is what it is at this point. No one is changing there stripes. That is why I don't bother.
