I don't get the Carmelo hate. He was a huge reason the Blazers made the playoffs last year. But I do agree he has a much longer leash than he should. Carmelo can either be on fire offensively or try and often fail to shoot his way out of it. Honestly at this point, I'd be totally cool load managing him where he only plays home games. Take away the wear and tear of the road grind. Keep him fresh so he's at his best when he does play. But I know the league isn't like that, so...

This team has taken some major strides since the Utah game, I like what I see a lot more tonight and against Houston than those horrible games against Denver and Utah.

Also, not really a fan of nurkic since returning from injury. I've never seen someone his size miss so many lay ups. Kanter is the exact opposite. It's crazy.

Nice to see the refs letting the Lakers push off to get space on every **** shot near the rim. No team in the NBA get's more bull **** no-calls or calls their way then the Lakers.
