Nothing against her personally, but she's got no business being a wrestler.

Re: Nia

I’ve trained with guys before who for whatever reason could never quite understood or execute the finesse it takes to wrestle.

I think I inadvertently made one guy quit altogether. We were doing a drill where we’d run the ropes and take, then give a shoulder tackle. This guy outweighed me by about 80 pounds. Three times in a row after being corrected he would legitimately lower his shoulder and throw all his weight into my chest. After the third one I went off on him. Nice guy but just couldn’t understand how to make something look real without actually inflicting pain. He never came back to another training camp.

So basically, this guy was working the Bill Goldberg style of just legit bulldozing people.

Pretty much. When you throw a shoulder tackle you’re basically supposed to meet in the middle and slap the guys shoulder to make a big sound and they bump for you. This dude was legitimately dropping his head like Vontaze Burfict and bringing the pain.

I understand that he was now working for the competitor, but still. It's busy league they didn't open the show with some sorta tribute to Brodie Lee

Ahh. That one sorta flew over my head! But I'm still thinking a ringing of the bell would've been the way to go.

You're absolutely right. While it was nice that they did that little bit, it was only something Brodie Lee did on his twitter account. They should have done the 10 bell salute.

Well, it's Vince so he'll probably be pissed off by the touches several superstars implemented.

What match? He's on tv because he's a talented wrestler with a great look.

TBar is bad because he isn't his real character and not using his wrestling repertoire

Retribution has been pretty damn awful, but to be fair he’s gotten more tv time as TBar then he would as Dominik Dijakovic. I think he’s in catering with his NXT character.

Austin's 25th anniversary recently. I'm surprised they didn't take advantage of it.

And he's finally gotten some wins. Let's face it, he's not going to make it on his personality, and he's not going to make a great face, so it made sense to make him somewhat of a monster. And gradually, they can let him show more of his repertoire - slowly build him up. He's already got a good finisher. I think he got the message that he needs to shut up about it on social media. 8-)
