I’m not sure if I’m happier for him to shut up the haters or for Hornets to finally land a possible stud in the draft. Their draft record makes ours look strong

We should’ve traded up for him man.

Or a better plan. Don’t win meaningless games via useless vets who have no future here and have the higher draft pick.

We’ll never do it again under this mgmt and Thibs might be too good of a coach to let it slide that far.

I want both Lamelo and the Hornets to succeed.

Hornets were the sheet when I was a kid with Zo, Mugsy and LJ. They had the best logo and the best jerseys too.

If you want to feel old, Mourning was traded by the Hornets like a week after I was born.

That does make me feel old. I also felt old when I saw a tweet by some young lady regarding the recent election, giving perspective that people from her parents generation had to wait much longer while Bush v. Gore was recounted than for electoral results for this one to be completed. It was a needed piece of perspective but also **** you lady for pointing out how long ago that was that you can be tweeting about it while looking as old as I was when it happened

I don't, but I guess it's too late now that you put it like that, thanks.

having all these same teams play each other twice in a row is gonna affect team's records. not easy to beat the same team back to back.

Yeah I knew this 2020 draft will be better than expected.

Good thing we didn’t come away with the bust of the Top 10.

Josh Jackson leading the Pistons to a meaningless win against the Celtics with that nifty 27% from 3. Can't believe Leon Hosed passed on him for bumass Alec Burks.

What they eventually do with John Collins will determine if the Hawks will be heavyweight contenders in the next years.

yep, I am very thankful we didn't come away with brickillian. 2nd consecutive 0 point game. making frank look like an elite scorer

23% from the field 20% from 3 50% from the line averaging 4ppg as a starter, only 2 free throw attempts in 5 games, this man would have been an unmitigated disaster in new york

A Nets loss feels as good as a Knicks win.

I'm satisfied for today.

Yeah while it might be too early to judge Saddiq Bey actually looking like the more promising Piston rookie.
