Book is 3rd in the league in TO's per game. Other guys in the top 5 include Jokic, Westbrook, Harden and Randle (huh??) but all those guys have good A:T ratios. Booker is averaging more TO's than assists right now

Randle has been averaging a lot of assists so far. Good that Booker isn't in the lead anymore, but part of that is he hasn't handled it nearly as much as he did the first 3 games.
