Interested in seeing how Monty matches up on defense.

I think what I’d do is Paul on Bev, Booker on Batum, Mikal on George, Crowder on Kawhi and Ayton on Ibaka

Tough matchup for sure.

Tough poll. I have always hated the Lakers, and then hated the Rockets in the 90s, but never liked the Spurs either, and then of course in the 00s, the Spurs vaulted to #1...now they have probably dropped even with the Lakers.

I cannot stand Harden, though the Rockets have not been a team I really hated that much after the 90s, but the Celtics and their entitled fans are the most annoying...they think championships are just their's....and of course all Boston's teams have won plenty of them.

So I in good conscious, have to pull against the Celtics at all time, so they edge the Rockets for 3rd.

Sounds about right, the only question is Mikal/PG and Crowder/Kwahi, or the other way around. But I think there will be lots of switches between these 2, so kinda the same. Rest is pretty self expanatory in my opinion, should be like u wrote above.

Yeah, especially the 5th. Has that Conchita Wurst vibes to her. :D Almost as good as the 4th lady (?) 1 or 2 threads earlier.

Lakers, Spurs, Rockets easy. Never really had a meaningful rivalry with the rest.

Despite the Spurs being the main reason Nash doesn't have a ring, I picked LAL.
I don't like that most of their success has to do with the fact that they are simply located in Los Angeles. And that's it. They do the bare minimum to be good. Small markets have to come up with crazy trades to reel in a star like Davis and LeBron. Lakers don't have to do anything but sit there.

You could pick multiple options.

It's the Lakers for me and it's not particularly close. I used to hate the Spurs but Pop has grown on me so it's dulled that hatred.

I guess you can say that. But they were never an obstacle that we couldn't get over, be it them being better, or refs or other kinda funny stuff. They had their moments against us, and we had ours against them. I actually liked their championship team - somthing I can't really say about any of the Laker, Spurs or Rockets teams.

All the hate-able guys on SA are no longer there... Ginobili-flops, wide-eyed Duncan anytime he got called for anything, Parker, dirty Bowen and Horry, greasy-Oberto, etc. The current team just has a completely different feel.

The lakers ALWAYS have the same arrogant attitude no matter who is on the team

I think it’s a tie between Draymond/GS and the Lakers. As soon as SA becomes good again they will vault to #1

I'll take 1st, 2nd and 7th. Though I will say I hate long fake nails like that on the 2nd.

This will be tough, first home game after a road trip is usually hard, on top of that its the 3rd game in 4 nights off the toughest b2b locations, oh and its the clippers coming off a loss.

This would be our best win of the season if we can pull it out.

I have a feeling Booker goes off tonight, he's due.
