I knew John Wall was going to come back and be a beast. He just had too much talent. If Harden stays, Houston is going to be scary. Wall and Christian Wood is a way better combination next to Harden than Westbrook

So apparently the Hawks must be worse than us. We're pushing hard for the playoffs courtesy of You-know-who-shall-not-be-traded.

Imagine how much Knicks fans would have hated him as he missed hundreds of games on his 2nd contract

And they got a first to do it
2023 first round draft pick to Houston
Washington's 1st round pick to Houston protected for selections 1-14 in 2023, 1-12 in 2024, 1-10 in 2025 and 1-8 in 2026; if Washington has not conveyed a 1st round pick to Houston by 2026, then Washington will instead convey its 2026 2nd round pick and 2027 2nd round pick to Houston [Houston-Washington, 12/2/2020]

I think we would be trading Obi in this scenario as TOR would probably want to tear it all down and clean the cap.
And if that’s the case, you might as well ask for Lowry too and go all in this year.
Lowry IQ
Burks ? Rivers
RJB Knox
Randle Pascal
Mitch
Good enough to beat LAL? Yeah right. But to make the finals? Def in the cards.
I think some teams like ATL would seriously outbid us so I’m not sure it’s realistic but nothing I say is so who knows

Send Obi to Toronto and Randle to Sacramento. Sign Collins in the summer.
Quickley
Hield
RJ
Siakam/Bagley
Collins/Mitch
That's a major upgrade and a respectable scoring punch.

Hmmm.... Christian Wood would be our starter. Especially if it is Elfrid, RJ, Bullock and Randle rounding out the starting 5.

Guy honestly would have been an amazing fit for the roster. Not surprised though. Wish our previous FOs (and this FO) were more innovative but I guess we need to get to competent first.

It’s not like it wasn’t an attempt made. Knicks was linked to Wood a lot but it takes 2 to tango. Once we drafted Obi, I think the interest on both sides lowered.

His dad was beefing with Fox not too long ago too. Guy sounds like he’s worse than Lavar
