GAME 6: Celtics @ Pistons Rematch 3PM Sunday

Wanted to put this up to remind everyone its an early game today. I was planning on watching after getting out of work but than looked at the start time and realized its a 3PM game.

Is Blake back for this one?

Seems like it would be really difficult for us to win two straight against the Celtics so I'm betting this one is a loss. Vegas has us losing by 8.5 and I'm pretty sure I'd bet we lose by more than that.

What am I looking forward to most in this game? Boston isn't going to let Bey open for 3s and they aren't going to let Grant drive to the basket all will. How will we adjust to their adjustments?

It's doubtful going up against Smart. Part of me thinks that Hayes might be better off the bench so he can get more play against backup PG's rather than starters.

Just seems like right now he needs to get comfortable playing and he hasn't been able to yet.

Hopefully Hayes shows something today.

Doubt it. All the opposing coaches are having to do, at this point, is put a full court press on Hayes (Smart/Pritchard in the last game, Oubre for a few possessions the game prior) whenever he is on the court. It may take a little bit of time but he has to get through that all by himself. Hayes' dribbling has to be a lot better and he has to show a lot more confidence in his own game.

It is obvious to everyone who is self aware that Grant should be at the 4. Move Blake to the 5, Grant to the 4, and start Bey at the 3.

Of course that won't happen but yeah, that's how it should be.

it's only 6 minutes but this is the first time Hayes has looked like a legit pro on the offensive end.

Looks calmer and more aggressive, making smart moves so far. Other then that sloppy turnover.

I'm telling you, this team is better then anyone thinks. The team got very lucky, or the talent scouts are really good when it comes to Jackson and Grant. Not to mention the draft in Bey and Stewart. If Hayes starts contributing our record is going to better then we all hope.

It's almost time for Casey to make sure the team loses and inserts the terrible lineup. Wait for it, its coming...
