Griffin was awful last quarter on D and O, he missed two 3pts in the row, fu... up vs Tatum on D last play and then he still gets last shot for win from 3pt range!?!? They should get the ball to Grant, Mykhailuk or even Rose.

Griffin was terrible. Plus post up and move the ball. He is not going beat Tatum off the dribble.

You ever see Toni play? He would constantly try and finish on the right side of the basket with his left. I guess he got away with it in Europe his entire career by the time he got to the US it was way too late to try and develop his weaker hand.

Watched Kukoc through his career. Sure he was strong hand dominant like most lefty basketball players, but you only noticed it near the basket. As a ballhandler he always looked pretty ambidexterous.

Toni came from a Balkan basketball culture that worshipped fundamentals, but people don't remember that he only started playing at 15. That might have had some effect.

Zion, though... man. When people take away his left, he seems to have zero counters.

Sad news about Paul Westphal. I always liked him... he just seemed like a good dude and was always someone I thought of as a potential coach for us during the post dynasty days.

Brilliant play he drew up here.

Most of their guys are 1 way players. Trae is not an elite player. How are they going to force the Bucks/Heat/Celtics/Nets to 6 or 7?
Trae doesn't have to be elite for them to be tough to beat IMO. Once he remains a 3 point threat, scores at least 18 points, and he has 4-5 teammates each game that may be double figures, that should be challenging enough. And if he has those incredible games with 30+ points and 10+ assists in-between, that makes them even tougher. We'll just have to wait and see how this plays out as far as playoff seeding and who they play in the first round.

Perhaps but more likely than not, the 6-8 seed gets beat pretty handily.

Anybody else really hate what Nike has done with the uniforms? Each team has like 100 different jerseys now and a lot of them are awful. I saw today's Celtics jerseys and it looks like something you'd see in Summer League. I also miss the days where white was at home and your away and alternate were for away games, minus a few exceptions.

thanks to jimmy butler. and prior futility isn't particularly relevant

but the owner stepped in and played GM to bust it up. He denied the extension to Butler and forced Thibs to trade Lavine instead of Wiggins which pretty much killed the team.

and their defense never improved. not from the get-go. so the owner had jack to do with that

First time I saw that play, that was beautifully drawn. Brilliant play.

Curry went HAM on the Blazers. Statement game against Lillard.

KAT and Wiggins gave zero effort on D. It was a bad fit.

Yeah, too many extra jerseys for teams. I get it, it's big money but what I don't like is when the jerseys don't even match the team colors. Stick to the core colors and it would be more bearable.

I hate it too. I absolutely hate that there's no such thing as home whites anymore. Wearing red at home is just weird. There's also way too many jerseys...it's just unfamiliar. I liked how back in the day, you associated certain colors with certain teams. That still exists to an extent, but there's so many jerseys that just don't respect the team's base unform colors that it just gets confusing in highlights.

Just watched a game where one team was wearing white and the other had light mint green uniforms. Just total insanity.

I can't imagine how the players feel.

I am quoting this because a single +1 isn't enough for how much I agree with it. Nike is a good company, I can't understand how they managed to **** this up so badly.
Constantly underwhelmed by the Bulls.

Can’t stand most of the new alternate jerseys. The statement ones are almost all terrible - and the few exceptions (Miami) are cool but usually don’t remind me of the team at all. Just looks like some random jersey for people to wear to EDM shows

Seeing the Bulls in that crappy baby blue from the flag infuriated me.

The Chicago Theater one is fine - but it’s not a real bulls jersey. It’s like a knockoff you’d buy a kid (“we have bulls jerseys at home..”)

Man that was fun. We most likely won't get 2016 Curry back for a full season, but that dude is still in there. Ridiculous shot-making.

They should keep uniforms mostly the same like the NFL. No need to tinker with throwback/alternate stuff if you leave it as is throughout.
