I do think we can learn a lot from this game. Clips are playing like a well oiled machine. Try to keep it under 30 by half. See how the start of the 3rd goes. If we can't go on a run, then I'd let the starters rest and give the kids big minutes (as well as Moore).

This. Just try and weather the storm and chip away once they go cold.

We are also not passing as quickly around the perimeter as usual to get wide open shots. A lot of dribbling and trying to create instead...that will rarely be nearly as efficient throughout a game. You will have cold stretches, like we have, and they have so many great long wings that can close out fast, so you need the crisp passing to find the right guy as they close out.

Clippers are making everything and their defense has been great. They’re such a great team. Suns making a little run to end the half is huge.

I'd feel pretty good if we can cut it to about 16 by the half, and maybe half of that by the 4th, but not that confident we will unless we suddenly get really hot shooting and they cool off.

Gotta give Book credit. Team was struggling and he took charge and started taking it inside and getting fouled. Created some positive possessions for us and got a little momentum going now.
