PG was kept in for soooo long because of his rhythm. You know Lue didn't wanna take him out to rest and it seems his rhythm is a bit off now.

I think Lue is expecting to not have to play PG at all in the 4th QTR.

I'm surprised we haven't gone to Bridges for more 3s as hot as he's been. He has been taking them with closing out defenders too...so hard to block with his length and high release.

^this. If it looks out of reach, bring out the white flag and rest the starters.

Every team in the league is gonna have a few games like this. On to the next one.

I would maybe play Booker extended mins even through a blowout. Let him to get out of this awful funk that he’s been this season. If he can get al his turnovers and dumb plays out of the way in this game then this loss isn’t bad at all.

He’s been the difference maker. Dude has been on fire, his team followed his lead. His defense has been tough, too. He plays well, the clippers win, he plays bad, they lose. Move Mikal to PG13 to finish this game.

Rough game, everyone is playing like ass, I’m going to guess tired legs are a factor considering this is our 3rd game in 4 days

Monty could call timeouts sooner during runs, some higher strung coaches would step on floor after 90 seconds of 7-0.

only way we come back and win is if we get some friendly calls from the refs and swing the momentum. Doesn't hurt to hit our shots and the Clippers cool off.

I don't think they will intentionally pack it in too quickly. I think the team is resilient, though if they continue to be cold from 3, it will be tough.

Just need to win each quarter by 10+.

Plenty of teams have won quarters by 20+ though.

If we are down 25+ with under 8 minutes to go though, I'd maybe go more to the deep bench. Or at least rest Paul and Booker. I would let Ayton get some more run and some of the cold 3 pt shooters so they can get out of their funk before the end of the gam and not let it get into their heads like it did with Oubre.

But we could play some of our deep guard rotation, some Frank, etc.

Sometimes Book seems to start to dribble near the paint when it's packed, right into 3 defenders. Often to pass out, but those can easily get deflected or stolen with thse long bodies.

I wonder if they give Booker an assist for that shot miss that Ayton caught and put in.

Can't let PG get back into rhythm. Good defense by Booker on PG but better offence

Having said that,it is one of Booker's best games so far with some good passes and they did give him an assist for that miss Ayton put in. Has limited his turnovers and taken pretty efficient shots, despite some tough ones.
