If Kawhi wasn't playing so bad, Suns wouldn't be back in this game. Hopefully he has a better 4th quarter because PG needs him to step up

Now Johnson makes one, yup, he was getting good enough looks for a 43% 3PT shooter that this was coming. Clippers are +19 in the minutes George has been on tonight, but they needed more production from Kawhi in his minutes to keep this lead larger.

That third quarter was a disaster.

My motto last season was "same Lob City coach, same Lob City results." This year, it looks like it will end up being "promote Doc's clone, get Doc's results." Lue doesn't actually coach as far as I can tell, he just relies on hot shooting and has no answers when that doesn't work.

I guess it depends on what you believe is the specific issue that Lue has had this game, if not, then we're just going result oriented analysis.

Kawhi is 4/15 for 13 pts and the minutes with him on the court without George have not been very productive. That's what allowed the league to be cut down, it's not like Kawhi wasn't getting good shots or in good spots.

Yea, I saw that on the replay, didn't see it initially, just don't want PG to get off his game, he's going to be the one that takes this home based on how this has been going

Ahhh, Kawhi can't be forcing three's with how he's been shooting

Phoenix has some mobility and length defensively though, those guys get at it

Phoenix has done a good job disrupting the Clippers attempted sets, and forcing some of the isolation. I don't know what their defensive scheme is, but I've seen them utilize a lot of switching to make the Clippers go into iso.
