The actual truth: Siakam wins MVP this year, starting tonight

I've enjoyed helping stoke and also put out these fires about Jordan vs Siakam , Lebron vs..... every single greatest ever apparently? Etc. But the truth is that the storylines and shame point scores are far too clearly drafted by the league.

Talk of "overpaid" this and "overrated," ad nauseam so far this season after a really awful bubble performace and rough start to the season is tipping the hand. I'm a gambler, I imagine it's going to be wise to bet on SIKAM for MVP here near future, if not already, and bets on everyone else will be in and pocketed to make it a nice profit for the house regardless.

And I absolutely expect the Raptors to dominate the Celtics tonight. The one hedge I'll offer: even if it's only a narrow win tonight, it will be perfect to get started with and they will ABSOLUTELY demolish the Suns on Wednesday night.

I do wish he and TOR were doing better. They're not really a small market, so it doesn't help the league's 30 years of BS on parity. But it was exciting and rewarding and Canada needed to be kept interested I guess. Love Lowry, HOFer for sure. Please trade him soon.

He didn't put his RealGm account on the line as apart of teh thread.

Anyone could beat the Celtics since they're at about 50% strength right now but without putting it all on the line the magic spell won't work.

Anything less than 60 for Pascal tonight and OP is to blame.

Curry is probably the best shooter of all time and former MVP, while Siakam must to establish himself as NBA TOP20 player first before MVP bid.

We are going to need at least 40 for you to roll back up in here and act right. Curry scored 62. Guy was trolling, but inadvertently called his shot for the night. Curry won’t win MVP, but he had good timing. Don’t show up with an I told you so if he scores 28 points. He’s a max player, he should be scoring 28 points every few nights. At least you picked the team who owned him in the playoffs last year to make your prediction. He will probably stink up the joint.
