dems need to start punching republicans in the throat every time they do this. Right now the republicans pull this bull and the dems want to hold hands afterwards. Its why they pull it

And as always, they’ll build up the dates, push their propaganda, scream the storm is coming, then after it fails, say that SCOTUS is compromised.

The former GOP now QAnonsense party is terribly predictable

Early results are really promising. 5% leads with 12% counted!

so far, the Dems have had the lead in both races with fluctuations between 3 and 10% in their leads

right now, they are both up 6% with 26% reporting

Two things:

The returns are coming in much faster than I expected. That's good. It will undermine any conspiratorial BS

If these 26% votes reported thus far are primarily from votes cast today and mail-ins are lagging behind, then that would point to a decisive dem victory (but I don't know that to be the case; it just has been the case in other elections)

Another favorable new data point:

Cobb County (Atlanta suburbs, including Truist Park, home of the Atlanta Braves) has reported 96,000 absentee votes; Ossoff won them by 33 points and Warnock won them by 35 points. In November, Biden won Cobb absentees by “just” 30 points. At this point, Democrats’ absentee hauls in metro Atlanta are what they need to win.

Did trump break the republican party or did Stacey Abrams really do this?

Anyway, Trump outlived his usefullness to Mitch.

Mitch is gonna go full Palpatine on the Trumps, like Darth Sidous did to the Junior siths.

There are now 19 really red, rural GA counties that look fully reported, and turnout is only at 82-90% of November levels in all of them.

Abrams and many others did appear to have been part of the push to register over 50K new voters in GA. No such success by the GOP

That alone should be enough to push this over the top if the dem voters turned out (it looks like they did and now early reports indicate the republican participation dropped significantly)

If this goes to the Dems, Mitch is out of power

The most powerful man in the Senate will be Joe Manchin

Sean Trende of RealClearPolitics finds that Ossoff’s vote share now is consistently running slightly ahead of his November vote share in counties that are at least 85 percent reporting.

If the results hold, This will be the most important year in the history of the Democratic party.

If meaningful legislation isn't passed. Left wing grifters are gonna canibilze the party and say **** didn't get done.

If they win, they'll really have to take action. I expect they will want to get as much done as possible in Biden's first 100 days just out fear of losing a single senator to some mortal event.

The one thing I was saying about Biden was that if he has the Senate I think he is wise enough to see this as a great historical opportunity to enact really life changing legislation. If they win tonight, then I hope I'm right about Biden.
