i could cry. this means so damn much. it ain't about orange man. it's about the hundreds of years of oppression he and his supporters deny and downplay.

that this is happening in GEORGIA, where a sleeping giant was awakened after kemp went full jim crow to win the governor job (and STILL damn near lost)... i'm turnt. i can't even lie.

I am with you 100 percent from being a minority that has faced discrimination to serving in the Army to see the changes that have been made, then I think about my parents who have seen it worse. I just talked to my father I thought I was going to break down just seeing his reaction of these changes not for him but for his grandkids

I'm no Trump supporter but wouldn't this be a "victory" in his book if he sabotaged Repubs (McConnel specifically) and was successful?

Trump is a sociopathic malignant narcissist who is now alternating between rage over losing and fear of being imprisoned and losing all of his assets. If the GOP losing in GA gave him a five second chubby then that and a metro card will get him a ride on the subway.

Perhaps if he did it in a subtle way, but the way he did it, this **** gonna be blamed on him. Be interesting to see whether it sticks or not.

You're right I think. It's just that it might also mean that if you cross me and I'll destroy you. He's probably running in 2024 so some republicans might try to stay on his good side to be in good favor with him because Biden will surely underwhelm voters these next few years which gives Trump a chance.

Trump is not running for POTUS in 2024. He is going to prison.

you hit the nail on the head. NC was a full-fledged swing state 10 years ago. gerrymandered to all hell.

funny thing is, the real "blue wave" they need to fear is going to be a function of this disastrously managed pandemic.

smart, talented, and highly paid "libs" are going to be spreading out to all kinds of places and changing the cultural and political landscapes. places that are more desirable after experiencing an awful extended pandemic.

With his health and his progressing senility, he will be a vegetable if he's still alive in four years. Being behind bars will only accelerate his decline.

Aside from that, literally no one is going to give a crap about anything he has to say in four years other than the dregs of his following.

He's over

His kids are facing prison time too so I would not bet on any kind of political dynasty

Biden will be able to appoint any AG he wants now

In what may become related news, Assange denied bail in the UK

U.S. may seek to have him extradited now and put on trial

Also, the pathway to fixing the SCOTUS mess is now free and clear as long as Joe Manchin doesn't monkey wrench it

I do think Kavanaugh will be investigated for perjury and has a chance of being impeached from the bench too

Beyer is 82
Thomas is 72
Alito 70
Roberts 65

Might be an opening or two also coming
